Shipping

Once your order is successfully submitted, please allow up to 2 business days to process your order.  Orders *generally* arrive within 5-10 business days from the time that the order is received, however, there are exceptions.  Some items are coming from overseas, in which case, shipping may take a bit longer depending on any international holidays and other factors.   Please also be aware that an order may have items shipping from multiple locations.  In the case that the order is under $75, shipping will be $4.99 per item.

Local Pick Up

You may choose to pick up your order at our Dover, NH location for items that are stored on-site. Please be aware that  our "web exclusive" inventory is stored off-site and therefore is not available for local pickup.

Damages & Losses During Shipment

Seacoast Pop Up is not liable for any products damaged, missing, stolen or lost during shipping, but we are happy to assist you in filing a claim directly with the shipment carrier.  We recommend adding Route Package Protection upon checkout.   Route ensures protection of shipments that may become lost, stolen, or damaged.   In order to apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you are given the option to add the insurance during check out. If you apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions of how to file a claim if necessary.
