Once your order is successfully submitted, please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Orders generally arrive within 7 business days from the time that the order is received. Please note, this timeframe can be longer or shorter depending on circumstance beyond our control. We sometimes work with manufacturers outside of the US to source chic clothing with attractive price tags. Items that travel such a distance may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. We do our best to be up front about this in the product listing, or by keeping you updated via email. We think you'll agree it's worth the wait!
Local Pick Up and Delivery
You may choose to pick up your order at our Dover, NH location, or have it delivered if you're in a 3 mile radius of our store. Because off-site items must be shipped to us first, there is a $3.50 charge for these options.
Please be aware that some of our inventory is stored at one of our off-site warehouses in the US, therefore some parts of your order may not be available for local pickup right away. These items are ordered on demand and are generally available within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup or delivery.
Damages & Losses During Shipment
Seacoast Pop Up is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, but we are happy to assist you in filing a claim directly with the shipment carrier. We recommend adding Route Package Protection upon checkout. Route ensures protection of shipments that may become lost, stolen, or damaged. In order to apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you are given the option to add the insurance during check out. If you apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions of how to file a claim if necessary. You can also proceed to file a claim here.
