To keep your new clothing in the best possible condition, we recommend cold water washing with like items, or in it's own mesh laundry bag. Please do not put in the dryer!
Sometimes a product just isn't the right fit! If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help.
- As soon as you receive your order, please look it over and try it on to make sure it fits. If you were sent the incorrect item, or a damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we can get the issue resolved
- We accept returns for exchange only within 10 days of the date we shipped to you. If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, we are happy to refund your original payment. All other items are accepted for exchange or store credit.
- All items must be in unworn condition, with original tags in place. Please include your package slip with the return. We must receive your unwanted merchandise within 10 days of your shipment.
- Items not covered by return policy:
- Reduced and Sale items are final sale
- Worn, washed, or otherwise unsaleable items (i.e., carries an odor, has pet hair on it)
- Items that have been washed and dried.

Once your order is successfully submitted, please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Orders generally arrive within 7 business days from the time that the order is received. Please be aware that Seacoast Pop Up works with manufacturers around the country, and across the globe, to source the most chic clothing at prices that won't make you faint. Because some of your clothes are traveling a distance, they may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. To that end, don't fret! Most likely, your order will arrive within 7 days or less, but we want to be up front about the potential wait. We think you'll agree it's totally worth it.
Seacoast Pop Up is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
