My goal is to give you an extraordinary shopping experience, each and every time.  Sometimes a product just isn't the right fit!  If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, I'm here to help. Please read the below return policy before contacting me.

Return Policy

First and foremost, please check the product description for information about the fabric, feel, and fit of the product.  If you still have questions, please reach out to me at  I'm happy to help! 

As soon as you receive your order, please look it over and try it on to make sure it fits.  You must let us know within 5 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it for a store credit or exchange.   Once you've communicated with us, we will determine if the item is eligible* (see below for exceptions). 

RMA/Size Exchanges

For approved size exchanges, you will be issued a return merchandise authorization number and free prepaid shipping label.   You can then make a new order for the correct size.    Once the tracking number shows the return is on its way back to us, your original purchase, minus any original shipping cost, will be refunded.  

If your return is not size related,  you will be issued an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and may ship the item back to us at your cost to the mailing address below.  The item must be received by us within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you or the RMA will be void and the delivery refused.   Do not send returns without an RMA.

We recommend USPS Priority Mail or an insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Upon receipt & inspection of the item* (see below for items that are not returnable), you will be be issued a store credit for the original amount paid for the item, excluding shipping and taxes.  Credit will not be held past 60 days.  If you have any doubt that you'll use the credit, do not proceed with the returns process.


Damages are defined as a manufacturer defect or flaw and does not cover normal wear and tear.  A defect is defined as a flaw due to the construction, design, or material components of the garment that are pre-existing upon purchase.  If you were sent the incorrect item, or a damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we can get the issue resolved. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label, at no cost to you.


We reserve the right to limit returns to no more than 3 returns within a 30 day period by the same customer/household.

Items not covered by return policy:

        • Items on sale or discounted for a special promotion (including flash sales and sales using promotion codes) are not returnable.
        • Judy Blue jeans
        • Worn, washed, or otherwise unsaleable items (i.e., carries an odor, has pet hair on it, etc) are not returnable.
        • Items that have been washed and dried are not returnable.
        • Items that have had the care label removed are not returnable.


      Please allow us 2-5 business days to process your exchange or store credit.
