Return Policy

As soon as you receive your order, please look it over and try it on to make sure it fits.  You must let us know within 5 days if you wish to return or exchange the item for any reason.   Once you've communicated with us, we will accept the return for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days of the date it was shipped to you.   For store credits, we'll send you a pre-paid label, the cost of which will be deducted from your store credit.  For exchanges, please ship the item back to me at your cost, to the address listed below.  The replacement item will be shipped to you at my expense.  For refunds, you are responsible for return shipping.  Upon receipt of the item you will be refunded the cost of the item using your original form of payment.  If you were sent the incorrect item, or a damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we can get the issue resolved.  We'll pay for return shipping on any incorrect or damaged item.    All items must be in unworn condition, with original tags in place. Please include your package slip with the return.   
Items not covered by return policy:
        • Reduced and Sale items are final sale
        • Worn, washed, or otherwise unsaleable items (i.e., carries an odor, has pet hair on it, etc)
        • Items that have been washed and dried.
        • Items that have had the care label or brand label removed

      Please allow us 2-5 business days to process your exchange, store credit, or refund.
