My goal is to give you an extraordinary shopping experience, each and every time.  Sometimes a product just isn't the right fit!  If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, I'm here to help. Please read the below return policy before contacting me.

Return Policy

As soon as you receive your order, please look it over and try it on to make sure it fits.  You must let us know within 5 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange it.    Once you've communicated with us, we will determine if the item is eligible for a credit, exchange, or refund.*   The item must be received back to us within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you, or 14 days from the date it was picked up (for local pickups).

For store credits, please ship the item back to me at your cost, to the address listed below.  For exchanges, please ship the item back to me at your cost, to the address listed below.  The replacement item will be shipped to you at my expense.  For refundsplease ship the item back to me at your cost, to the address listed below.  The item must be received back to us within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you.  Upon receipt of the item, you will be refunded the cost of the item using your original form of payment.  If you were sent the incorrect item, or a damaged** item, please contact us immediately so that we can get the issue resolved.  We'll pay for return shipping on any incorrect or damaged item.    All items must be in unworn condition, unwashed condition with original tags in place (if applicable). We reserve the right to limit returns to no more than 3 returns within a 30 day period by the same customer/household.

Items not covered by return policy:

        • Reduced and Sale items are final sale
        • Worn, washed, or otherwise unsaleable items (i.e., carries an odor, has pet hair on it, etc)
        • Items that have been washed and dried.
        • Items that have had the care label or brand label removed

      * Some items may only be exchanged for another item that the shop has on-hand in the bus BOOTEEK or for a credit to be used in the bus BOOTEEK.

      **Damages are defined as a manufacturer defect or flaw and does not cover normal wear and tear.  A defect is defined as a flaw due to the construction, design, or material components of the garment that are pre-existing upon purchase.

      Please allow us 2-5 business days to process your exchange, store credit, or refund.
