Return Policy

As soon as you receive your order, please look it over and try it on to make sure it fits.  You must let us know within 5 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it for a store credit or exchange.   Once you've communicated with us, we will determine if the item is eligible* (see below for exceptions).  


If your return has been approved, you will be issued an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and may ship the item back to us at your cost.  The item must be received by us within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you.  For size exchanges, or a product exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you at my expense.  Do not send returns without an RMA.

Upon receipt & inspection of the item* (see below for items that are not returnable), you will be be issued a store credit for the original amount paid for the item, excluding shipping and taxes.  


Damages are defined as a manufacturer defect or flaw and does not cover normal wear and tear.  A defect is defined as a flaw due to the construction, design, or material components of the garment that are pre-existing upon purchase.  If you were sent the incorrect item, or a damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we can get the issue resolved. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label, at no cost to you.


We reserve the right to limit returns to no more than 3 returns within a 30 day period by the same customer/household.

Items not covered by return policy:

        • Reduced and Sale items are final sale and not returnable.
        • Worn, washed, or otherwise unsaleable items (i.e., carries an odor, has pet hair on it, etc) are not returnable.
        • Items that have been washed and dried are not returnable.
        • Items that have had the care label or brand label removed are not returnable.


      Please allow us 2-5 business days to process your exchange, store credit, or refund.
