Recommended Care

To keep your new clothing in the best possible condition, we recommend cold water washing with like items, or in it's own mesh laundry bag.  We don't recommend putting your clothes in the dryer. 

Return Policy

As soon as you receive your order, please look it over and try it on to make sure it fits.   We accept returns for refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days of the date it was shipped to you.  For store credits, we'll send you a pre-paid label, the cost of which will be deducted from your store credit.  For exchanges, please ship the item back to me at your cost, to the address listed below.  The replacement item will be shipped to you at my expense.  For refunds, you are responsible for return shipping.  Upon receipt of the item you will be refunded the cost of the item using your original form of payment.  If you were sent the incorrect item, or a damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we can get the issue resolved.  We'll pay for return shipping on any incorrect or damaged item.    All items must be in unworn condition, with original tags in place. Please include your package slip with the return.   
Items not covered by return policy:
        • Reduced and Sale items are final sale
        • Worn, washed, or otherwise unsaleable items (i.e., carries an odor, has pet hair on it, etc)
        • Items that have been washed and dried.
        • Items that have had the care label or brand label removed

      Please allow us 2-5 business days to process your exchange, store credit, or refund.

      Sizing can vary between brands and designers.  Sometimes, the size chart for an item will be based on the US size chart of S, M, L, XL etc. Other times, the size chart will be based on the item as it lies flat. In this case, to help you determine what size you would be for that item, I recommending picking something that you already own, lying it flat, and measuring as shown in the image below. Then, compare your findings with the item you're looking at. When in doubt, my recommendation is to always size up! And please, keep in mind that if it doesn't fit, I'm happy to swap it out for you at no extra cost.  You will only be responsible for return shipping.


      Shipping is free for orders $12 and over!

      Once your order is successfully submitted, please allow up to 2 business days to process your order.  Orders generally arrive within 7 business days from the time that the order is received. 

      Please be aware that  Seacoast Pop Up works with manufacturers around the country and the globe to source the most chic clothing with attractive price tags! Because some of your clothes are traveling a distance, they may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.  We do our best to be up front about this in the product listing, or by keeping you updated via email. Most likely, your order will arrive within 7 days or less (just not always).  We think you'll agree it's totally worth the wait!


      Back-Orders and Pre-Orders

      The estimated shipping time for back-ordered items or pre-ordered items differ for each item.  Please refer to the item description for an estimated delivery date.  While we can't guarantee the exact date you'll have them in your hands,  we promise to keep you informed with shipping information after your purchase. If for any reason we're unable to fill your order, or the arrival time is much longer than anticipated, we'll gladly refund you.

      Damages & Losses During Shipment

      Seacoast Pop Up is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, but we are happy to assist you in filing a claim directly with the shipment carrier.  We recommend saving all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.  Need assistance? Please email us:
